If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

• Goods: The items available for purchase on our website or in-store.
• Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Return & Exchange Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase or local delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return: - Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. - Goods must have been purchased directly from The PawStand (in-store or online). - Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: - Perishable goods (e.g., raw food, frozen items, opened treats) - Customized or special-order items - Grooming or hygiene products that have been opened or used - Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery - Goods past their expiration date
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Returns may be dropped off at our store during business hours. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return unless the item was defective or delivered in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved: - Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days - No restocking fees will apply - We do not refund shipping/delivery fees unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item if it was received defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to begin the process.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase: - You’ll receive store credit or a gift card for the value of the return - If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
