1.1 What areas does The PawStand serve for local home delivery?
We deliver up to a 5 mile radius from our retail store located at 6251 Peachtree Blvd. Doraville, GA 30360. The following zip codes are included for home deliveries: 30071, 30092, 30338, 30340, 30341, 30346, 30350, 30360.
1.2 Does The PawStand ship orders at this time?
No, currently we are focusing on local home deliveries, curbside pick-up and in-store-pick-up.
1.3 How much does home delivery cost?
Delivery is free when purchasing greater than $35. If you are under $35 then our home delivery charge is $7.00
1.4 Is there a minimum order for home delivery?
No, please shop online worry free. We appreciate your business!
1.5 Does The PawStand have same day delivery?
Any order placed online at www.thepawstand.com before 2pm will be delivered the same day. All orders after 2pm will be delivered the next day unless a Sunday follows (we are closed on Sundays). Therefore, your order will be delivered on Monday. If there is any delay in your delivery, we will give you prior notice.
1.6 What information is needed regarding the delivery of my order?
There will be a comment box upon check out. Please provide us with any special instructions. For example, apartment or subdivision name, gate codes or garage code instructions. All orders will be dropped off at the front door unless you provide us with other specific delivery information.
1.7 What if you are out of stock on items I purchased?
We will deliver all available items. Out of stock items will be delivered as soon as they are available at no additional delivery fee. In some cases, it could take up to 7 days to get back orders to you.
1.8 Do I receive any rewards by purchasing online?
Yes, we value your loyalty so we offer the same loyalty program online or in our store.
1.9 What if I have a return?
The PawStand is in your neighborhood so all returns can be made at our retail store for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of your delivery.
1.10 Do you deliver frozen pet food?
Yes, we do deliver all frozen items. Someone must be at home for all frozen deliveries. We will not drop off unattended frozen goods.
1.11 What time should I expect my delivery?
Once the order is placed on www.thepawstand.com, we process and deliver the same day when ordered by 2pm. Most orders are delivered between 3pm -7pm.
1.12 Can I place an online order and come to the store to pick-up?
Yes, you are welcome to pickup your order at our store. We have 2 options, “curbside pick-up" or "in-store pick-up". During your online check out, you will be prompt to decide on how you would like to receive your order. After placing your order, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is ready for pickup. If you would like curbside pick-up, please include your vehicle's make, model & color in our comment box during online check out process.
